City Tour
We welcome you to visit the 2022 European Mentoring Summit in the city of Leeuwarden, located in the province of Friesland. Considered one of the hidden gems of Europe, it is the only Dutch province with its official language: Frisian. With blue skies and clouds looming over vast meadows, this is as Dutch as it gets.
Our student volunteers from Mentoring Europe’s partner ROC Friese Poort Leeuwarden have worked and produced an exciting city tour they will be happy to deliver right after the closing moment of our Summit along with older NHL Stenden students. The city tour will touch upon the best historical spots of our city centre. The tour is scheduled to start at 16:00n on our last day of Summit – 20th May – from this year’s venue NHL Stenden University of Applied Sciences. And before it, a boat trip of the city will also take place from our base venue.
