When is the European Mentoring Summit this year?

Where will the Summit be this year?
The 5th edition of the European Mentoring Summit will take place in Paris, France, at the International Conference Center of Sorbonne University (4 place Jussieu 75005 Paris).
How much does the Summit cost?
The cost for the in-person Summit is €320, which includes onsite access to plenaries, masterclasses, and workshops, lunch, and access to a welcome reception on Wednesday 24th. Additionally, for those interested, we offer the option of adding a Networking Dinner to your ticket at an extra cost of €60.
What is the networking dinner about ?
To foster greater networking opportunities and enhance the overall experience, we offer a Networking Dinner on Thursday, 25th. This dinner is an excellent opportunity to connect with fellow participants, share insights, and build lasting relationships in a relaxed and enjoyable setting.
This moment will offer a cocktail dinner in a distinctive setting close to our main venue. Please note that this is an optional event with an additional fee of €60, and availability is limited. We’ve made it optional to offer flexibility, allowing you to tailor your summit experience to best suit your needs and budget.
When is the Early Bird rate available?
You can get a discount of 100€ on your registration if you sign up by our Early Bird deadline of December 7, 2023.
Registration and Payment
How can I pay for my registration fee ?
You can make the payment using either a credit card or a bank transfer. The necessary bank details will be provided to you at the time of payment.
If I need to cancel my registration, can I receive a refund?
If you’re unable to attend the Summit and need to cancel your registration, you have the option to transfer your registration to a colleague at no additional cost. For registration transfers, kindly email ems2024@collectifmentorat.fr with the full name and email address of the person who will be taking your place.
Refund Policy
Refund requests for the 2024 European Mentoring Summit must be submitted in writing to ems2024@collectifmentorat.fr by March 10, 2024, to be considered.
Cancellations received on or before March 10, 2024, are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee.
Regrettably, no refunds can be issued for cancellations made after March 10, 2024.
Can I sign up with a group?
Sorry, we don’t have group sign-ups.
Is there a one-day pass option?
No, we do not offer a one-day pass option. We’ve curated a comprehensive 3-day Summit to ensure participants get the fullest experience. Each day is designed to complement the other, providing a rich and immersive journey. Trust us, it’s worth it!
Event Details
Can I watch the Summit online ?
We are focusing on our in-person experience, and strongly recommend assisting in person to the Summit in Paris. Nevertheless, we are considering offering some parts available online.
Will there be Wi-Fi available at the venue?
Yes, Wi-Fi will be available at the venue. The details for accessing the network will be shared with attendees during the event.
Are there recommended accommodations nearby?
We will soon provide a list of recommended establishments for accommodation.

Will the sessions be recorded and available post-summit for participants?
Yes, the plenary sessions will be recorded and made available to participants after the Summit.
When will the agenda be announced?
A provisional agenda will be released in early 2024.

What themes will the workshops and masterclasses cover?
The summit’s central theme is “Expanding reach, deepening impact: mentoring for facing challenges and empowering futures.”
The workshops and masterclasses will address related challenges and delve into the following sub-themes:
1.Enhancing relationships: Dive into the depths of fostering inclusive and diverse relationships.
2.Expanding mentoring initiatives & innovation: Share insights on growth strategies and innovative approaches to reach new and broader audiences.
3.Influencing systems: Discuss the systemic and transformative impact of mentoring, spanning from people’s entourage to societies at large.
4.Ensuring quality & impact: Shed light on strategies to maintain, measure and improve the quality of mentoring programs and relationships.
Can I conduct a workshop at the summit?
Absolutely! We are eager to receive your workshop proposals. Please fill out this form to submit your idea
Is there a deadline for proposal submissions?
Yes, the deadline for submitting proposals has been extended until January 15 2024.
When can we expect the list of workshops chosen for the agenda?
The selected workshops for the agenda will be announced by the end of January 2024.
