Biography
With a degree in Sociology and a Master’s degree in European Development Cooperation Policies (UAB), she has been involved in social action and research and international cooperation for more than 15 years. During her career she has worked with a wide range of actors, in the certainty that all of them must be incorporated into the processes of social transformation and always committed to their empowerment. She has specialised in the fields of education, employability, migration and social mentoring.
Linked to the Coordinadora de Mentoría Social for 7 years, she has been in charge of developing and implementing the Quality Mentoring Seal, coordinating mentoring programs for employment and for refugees and supporting processes of conception, implementation and evaluation of a wide variety of mentoring programs. She has also participated in impact evaluations, in the creation of digital tools such as Tellfy For Mentoring, or Anexa Meeting Point, in the organisation of the European Mentoring Summit 2020 and the I Congreso Estatal de Mentoría Social, as well as in the European initiatives of political advocacy for social mentoring deployment in collaboration with Mentoring Europe.
She is currently working as director of the MENTORA program for the prevention of early school leaving at the Fundació Bofill, convinced of the need to generalize socio-educational mentoring in a territorial and socially balanced way.
