Florence Massenot
Biography
From a working-class background, Florence Massenot holds a Master’s in Public Affairs from Sciences Po Paris (2009). Her career began with local authorities in the Paris region, where she honed her project management skills by implementing public policies in transportation and economic development. Florence has a nearly ten-year dedication to mentoring. In 2015, Florence embarked on a mentoring journey with Article 1, supporting her mentee for six years until securing employment. At Business France in 2020, Florence championed mentorship by inspiring ten colleagues to become mentors with Nos Quartiers ont du Talent, empowering young graduates in their job search. In 2021, Florence made a pivotal shift, joining Télémaque full-time. Télémaque specializes in long-term mentoring for underprivileged youth (aged 12-17), unlocking their full potential and paving the way for success. Currently, Florence leads Télémaque’s territorial development. She spearheaded the launch of their new Strasbourg branch, serving 30 young beneficiaries since its September 2023 opening. Beyond direct operation, Florence also plays a critical role in identifying and collaborating with organizations that implement Télémaque’s mentoring program in new territories. Currently, five partner organizations exist, including one in the South province of New Caledonia.
