The European Mentoring Summit is a biennial event that aims at connecting people and projects in the mentoring sector in order to establish connections and share research, best practices, and learning-bearing experiences of mentoring programmes across Europe. Every event has a mentoring-related theme and highlights special keynote speakers and activities.
The 2024 EUROPEAN MENTORING SUMMIT is the 5th edition after the summits in Leeuwarden (The Netherlands, 2022), Barcelona (virtual event, 2020), Berlin (2018) and Leeuwarden (2016). The 2024 summit will be hosted in Paris, by Collectif Mentorat, in collaboration with Mentoring Europe.
This year’s summit theme, “Expanding reach, deepening impact: mentoring for facing challenges and empowering futures,” aims to bring together the expansion of mentoring initiatives with the assurance of quality, emphasising that increased scale should not compromise excellence. It addresses the critical balance between widening mentoring’s scope in Europe and maintaining high-quality standards, even as we use it to tackle pressing challenges.
