The 5th edition of the European Mentoring Summit will take place in Paris, France, at the International Conference Center of Sorbonne University (4 place Jussieu 75005 Paris).

The cost for the in-person Summit is €320, which includes onsite access to plenaries, masterclasses, and workshops, lunch, and access to a reception on Thursday 25th. As an additional option, you can add a Networking Dinner on Wednesday 24th to your ticket for an extra cost of €60, for those who are interested.

To foster greater networking opportunities and enhance the overall experience, we offer a Networking Cocktail Soirée on Wednesday, 24th. This dinner is an excellent opportunity to connect with fellow participants, share insights, and build lasting relationships in a relaxed and enjoyable setting.

This moment will offer a cocktail dinner in a distinctive setting close to our main venue. Please note that this is an optional event with an additional fee of €60, and availability is limited. We’ve made it optional to offer flexibility, allowing you to tailor your summit experience to best suit your needs and budget.

You can make the payment using either a credit card or a bank transfer. The necessary bank details will be provided to you at the time of payment.

If you’re unable to attend the Summit and need to cancel your registration, you have the option to transfer your registration to a colleague at no additional cost. For registration transfers, kindly email ems2024@collectifmentorat.fr with the full name and email address of the person who will be taking your place.

Refund Policy

Refund requests for the 2024 European Mentoring Summit must be submitted in writing to ems2024@collectifmentorat.fr by March 10, 2024, to be considered.

Cancellations received on or before March 10, 2024, are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee.

Regrettably, no refunds can be issued for cancellations made after March 10, 2024.

No, we do not offer a one-day pass option. We’ve curated a comprehensive 3-day Summit to ensure participants get the fullest experience. Each day is designed to complement the other, providing a rich and immersive journey. Trust us, it’s worth it!

Please note that it is mandatory to register for the Workshops and Masterclass sessions. Inscriptions for the sessions will open on March 12. Ticket holders will receive information via email and can choose their session through the Summit App Imagina. Make sure to download the app and check the available sessions beforehand as seating is limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Be quick to secure your spot in the session of your choice.

We are focusing on our in-person experience, and strongly recommend assisting in person to the Summit in Paris. Nevertheless, we are considering offering some parts available online.

If you don’t want to miss anything at the Summit, download today the EMS 2024 Imagina App. It is recommended to download and register Imagina App as soon as you buy your ticket.

• Once confirmed, you’ll be connected to your dedicated participant space.
• For on-the-go access, download the Imagina app from the App Store or Play Store. (The event will appear in your favourites. If not, in the search bar at the top of your screen, search for “European Mentoring Summit”.)

Yes, Wi-Fi will be available at the venue. The details for accessing the network will be shared with attendees during the event.

Yes, the plenary sessions will be recorded and made available to participants after the Summit.

No specific dress code is required for the cocktail. You are welcome to come as you are!

The Summit will be mainly conducted in English, and we will provide simultaneous translations during all plenary sessions. Our bilingual staff and volunteers will be available to assist you in multiple languages.

Absolutely! We have opened a call for proposals for the global mentoring community to share insights, strategies, or unique experiences that fit our theme. The deadline for submitting a workshop is now closed.

The deadline for submitting a workshop proposal is now closed. Thanks to the involvement and ideas of the mentoring community, we have selected the workshops that will take place during the Summit.

You can select your workshop session starting from March 12th. Download the Imagine App to browse all options and make your selection. Please note that there are limited spots available.

Participants can change their session choice before 2 weeks prior to the Summit. After this time, changes will not be permitted in order to enhance the experience for all attendees.
