Different perspectives will be presented on working with women in situations of vulnerability and will reflect on the particularities and challenges we face in this area. This round table will be a space for exchange and reflection on some issues that appear on a recurring basis when we incorporate the gender perspective in mentoring projects, especially in terms of training and accompaniment for women.

EUROPEAN CENTER FOR EVIDENCE BASED MENTORING SCIENTIFICS’ MEETING
Space for debate and reflection for everyone who does research on the mentoring field in Europe. The aim of this space is to find synergies on the mentoring field and alliances for a future project. Likewise, we will explain which are the mentoring challenges in Europe and how we can establish priorities for research that respond to shared interests.
