Fiona is an international consultant, dedicated to crafting mentoring solutions that resonate with a variety of audiences. Firmly believing in the transformative power of human relationships and unique narratives, Fiona’s work focuses on dismantling social barriers, promoting openness, mutual understanding, and inclusivity.
Fiona has her academic foundation in Political Science, Public Affairs, International Relations, and Project Management, having studied in Barcelona, Montréal, and Paris. This has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of societal structures. She blends theoretical knowledge with a heartfelt commitment to civic engagement and social transformation, and navigates her professional journey with purpose.
For over a decade, Fiona has honed her expertise in mentoring. She started her career in the philanthropic sector, where she experienced first-hand the transformative potential of social mentoring. This inspired her to take up the coordination of a mentoring program in France. As she deepened her understanding of the field, Fiona realised that her passion extended beyond a single entity and country. She was driven to share her insights with a broader network, which led her to establish her freelance consultancy. Fiona has collaborated with various organisations across Europe and also brought the power of mentoring to the attention of institutions and decision-makers. Fiona also shares her knowledge as a panellist, moderator, trainer and mentor.
