Biography
Julie Bodson is the Co-General Director of DUO for a JOB. Through its mentoring program, DUO for a JOB encourages the exchange of experiences across generations and cultures, facilitating access to employment for young people with a migrant background while valuing the experience of people over 50 years old.
Julie Bodson joined DUO for a JOB at its inception after several years in the humanitarian field. First working in the operations, she then developed the advocacy component of the organization to complement the individual support approach and promote mentoring. In view of DUO’s European deployment, she is also a member of Mentoring Europe’s advocacy committee.
