Morgane Varlet

Biography 

Morgane Varlet has a background as both a mentee and a mentor in different organizations. 

She started as a mentee with “Chemins d’avenir” which then inspired her to help other people and she became a mentor with “Afev”. After another experience as a mentee with “Article 1”, she decided to volunteer with “Afev”, and worked as a mentor, but also helped form pairs of mentors and mentees as a mission on her civic service. She then became an ambassador of “Afev”, and has several missions with other ambassadors to try to improve mentoring within the organization but also promote mentoring in general so it reaches more people. 

She is currently working with “Afev” on recruiting volunteers and supervising the partnership of the organization and several colleges in Lille Metropole, France. At the same time, she is finishing her studies to obtain her masters degree in psychology.
