Nicki Patnaude
Biography
Nicki Patnaude serves as the Director of the National Quality Mentoring System for MENTOR. In this role, she brings extensive expertise in mentoring and non-profit best practices through the lens of continuous quality improvement and innovation having previously led such efforts with one of MENTOR’s affiliates. While at MENTOR Minnesota, Nicki led and supported programs through the NQMS. She also served as a master trainer and coach in the process, as she was an integral member of the working group that developed the tool. Prior to working in the mentoring field, Nicki began her career in the youth development field, supporting youth aging out of long-term foster care. Nicki has a master’s degree in social work with a focus on community organizing and advocacy from the University of Minnesota.
