Tatiana Ciff is a senior researcher in Behavioral and Social Sciences and a fellow researcher in the Purposeful Entrepreneurship Lectorate at NHLStenden University of Applied Sciences, the Netherlands. Her focus lies on social psychological aspects of social-psychological aspects of human behaviour, emotion and interaction, critical thinking, coaching, self-efficacy, motivation and social-emotional learning, cross-cultural leadership, research and development of educational programmes.
Along the years she fulfilled different roles in formal education, as: lecturer Social Psychology, Logical and Critical Thinking, Organisational Behaviour and HRM, Professional and Interpersonal Skills; study coach; coordinator of the Student Career Planning programme at the Interational Business Administration study programme; designer of the Leading and understanding human behaviour and enterprise in organisations minor, and coordinator of the IHRM minor. She was also a member of the International Business Administration Curriculum and Thesis Committee, and since 2021, a member of the Researchers Committee for Mentoring Europe.
