Biography
Thibaut de Saint Pol is a sociologist and Director of Youth, non-formal Education and Voluntary organizations (DJEPVA).
Author of a sociology thesis on social inequalities in the health sector, he is an administrator of the National Institute of Statistics and Economic Research (INSEE). He previously held various positions within the INSEE, within the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health, before becoming Director of the National Institute of Non Formal education (INJEP 2016-2021). In April 2021, he became Director of Cabinet of the Secretary of State for Youth and Engagement Sarah El Haïry, then took over as Director of Youth, non-formal Education and Voluntary organizations (DJEPVA) in January 2023.
He is also the author of several research papers on young people and health.
